Ali-Cell is a B2B wholesale desk. We supply mobile shops and trade buyers. Consumer retail purchases through this site are not offered. We may ask for business details before opening an account or releasing wholesale band prices.

Terms of trade
Ali-Cell sells mobile phones, tablets, chargers, audio, and accessories to registered shops and local trades on wholesale terms across Lebanon, with shipping to Syria.
These terms apply to the website, shop accounts, order lists, quotes, invoices, and deliveries. The commercial invoice for each order is the final record of price, quantity, and payment.
2. Quotes and website prices
A website quote request, catalog price, or quantity band is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer, until both sides confirm stock, price, payment, and delivery. Recommended retail prices (RRP) are guidance for shops only. Wholesale prices apply only after sign-in and confirmation by the desk.
3. Stock and availability
Live stock on the catalog can change during the day. Carton mixes, colors, and models may be substituted only with your agreement. If an item goes out of stock after an order list is sent, we will contact you to adjust quantity, swap, or cancel that line.
4. Shop accounts and order lists
Registered shops may view wholesale quantity bands and build an order list online. Sending a list to the Management Desk starts fulfilment review; it does not by itself create a completed sale. Keep login details private. You are responsible for orders and messages sent from your shop account.
5. Prices, currency, and taxes
Prices may be shown in USD, Lebanese Lira (L.L.), or Syrian Pound (S.P.) using the site currency toggle. Settlements follow the currency and rate stated on the invoice. Quantity band prices apply only when the ordered quantity stays inside that band. Duties, fees, or local charges outside our quoted price are for the buyer unless we state otherwise in writing.
6. Payment and credit
Payment terms are those agreed for your shop: cash, transfer, or credit where we have set a limit. Outstanding balances appear on your account history. We may pause new deliveries if a balance is overdue or if credit limits are exceeded. Partial payments are applied to open invoices as recorded by the desk.
7. Delivery — Lebanon and Syria
Drivers cover Lebanon on a daily schedule where routes allow. Shipments to Syria follow the method and timing we confirm for that order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes on handover to you or your named receiver, unless the invoice says otherwise. Have someone available to check cartons and sign for receipt.
8. Shortages, damage, and returns
Report shortages or transit damage on the day of delivery, with photos where useful. Sealed carton returns need prior approval from the desk. Opened or used goods are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects under the brand or supplier policy that applies to that item. Ali-Cell does not run an open consumer return window.
9. Brands and product descriptions
Brand names, models, and logos appear only to describe the goods we trade. Ali-Cell is an independent wholesaler and is not the manufacturer unless we say so. Photos and specs on the site are for identification; small packaging or firmware differences can occur between batches.
10. Website use
Do not scrape, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the catalog, shop accounts, or Management Desk. Content, pricing layout, and account tools are for legitimate wholesale use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or share login credentials.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as stock, routes, payment practice, or the website change. The version on this page applies from the date you next place or confirm an order. Older invoices keep the commercial terms written on them.
